Movement has always been my anchor. From 5Ks to triathlons — including a Half Ironman — training became my way to heal, grow, and live with purpose after losing both my parents.As a Strength & Conditioning Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Breathwork Coach, I combine performance training with recovery and mindfulness to help athletes and driven individuals unlock their potential.At JSA Performance, I focus on:
