Hi, I’m Jess, the coach behind JSA Performance.Sports have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. From rugby in high school to half marathons, 5Ks, 10Ks, and most recently triathlons, I’ve always found joy in testing my limits and moving with intention.In 2022, after losing my mom, I left my corporate career and trained for my first Half Ironman. Fitness became more than training — it became my way of processing grief, healing, and honoring my mom’s wish that I work in an environment I truly love.Nutrition also became a deeper focus for me, especially with both of my parents facing cancer. While I’ve eaten and trained like an athlete since high school, I’ve come to see health as more than performance — it’s about longevity, resilience, and living fully.Today, as an ambassador with Trove Wellbeing and founder of JSA Performance, I take a holistic approach to coaching:Strength training for power and confidenceMobility work for freedom of movement and injury preventionBreathwork practices for mindfulness, recovery, and focusNutrition guidance to fuel your performance and your lifeMy goal is simple: to help athletes — and anyone who wants to train like one — unlock their full potential while building a body and mind that last a lifetime.
